Assignments and Forms are sent to Staff App
The perfect staff tool for social distancing. Distribute staff member assignments, instructions, forms to fill out, with inspections locations and contact information. Work completed in the field is auto-shared directly back to your office in the Dashboard.
Assignments and all inspection forms appear directly on staff member app. The app is used for directions, instructions, and includes forms for data collection that auto-share directly to the Athena Dashboard where comprehensive reporting of individual and/or combined locations are immediately available at your fingertips.
Inspections and Reporting
Track and monitor all restaurants, clinics, conduct code inspections. Every inspection form that is completed is geo-coded, time/date stamped, and shared to the Dashboard for immediate reporting and awareness.
The Athena mobile app is used to easily fill-out inspection data forms and then auto-synced directly to the dashboard. Comprehensive reports of each location, selected areas, or all combined locations are available in the hosted dashboard. Reports can be shared immediately from the app.
Geo-Coding and Tracking Tool
Athena will document, geo-code, date and time-stamp all activities of your staff, the completed forms, and their reports. It's then shared to the dashboard to view on the included GIS map for better planning and situational awareness.
Every form that is completed by your staff member is geo-coded, time-stamped, dated, and auto-shared directly to the hosted dashboard. All data collected and locations can be correlated and updated in real time providing better situational awareness of the community on one hosted dashboard with GIS mapping.
Disease and Pandemic Tracking
Use the Athena mobile app to fill out your forms or the CDC Persons Under Investigation (PUI) and Case Report. Forms can be submitted directly to the CDC for fast filing.
All data collected is immediately synced to your Athena dashboard where the forms can be submitted to the CDC. All information is visible through our interactive GIS mapping for situational awareness. HIPAA Compliant.

Custom Registration and Reporting
Athena includes a custom registration and self-reporting site that allows citizens and businesses to register for everything from inspections to questions and answers.
Includes a secured registration page that you can share on your website and/or via social media where citizens can fill out form to self-report from home. The data submitted is secured and will send to your Athena Dashboard with details and location of the potential case for further action.
Library of Information for Sharing
Custom library of staff instructions, information, public health one sheets, and videos can be viewed and shared from the mobile app.
Staff information can be uploaded into Athena TaskPro so mobile users can have them available at their fingertips. All staff instructions, one sheets, and videos from your office can be loaded into Athena. They are available and shareable with a click of a button via the app.

Our dashboard is securely hosted and HIPAA compliant.
